Brief Answer:
Biopsy advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.

Endometrial biopsy is advised if the ET is more than 12 mm in a female with heavy bleeding and in 40-50 years age group.

This is done to confirm the diagnosis and rule out any endometrial malignancy.

The biopsy and subsequent curettage will stop the bleeding also.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Endometrial pathology should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Endometrial thickness of 15 mm with continuous bleeding for 15 days warrants the endometrial biopsy.
I'd suggest her to get the endometrial biopsy done.
