Brief Answer:
Read below.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

I wish though you have added some more information on what region of the body these sensations are manifesting, also on what type of make up products, where they are applied. As for the calcium level if you are speaking of total calcium and the unit is mg/dl then it is not the cause, it is usually low levels causing those sensations and those levels are far from low.

Given the fact that the abnormal sensations have started precisely on the day you used the new products and in the absence of previous health issues then I think they must be considered as the most likely cause. Usually such products cause symptoms in areas of direct contact with the skin, but there are rare cases where absorption of small quantities in the blood can lead to a more widespread allergic reaction. So I believe you should stop them, at least for a while to evaluate the effect on symptoms.

If the symptoms persist nevertheless then other causes must be sought like polyneuropathy, thyroid dysfunction, nutritional deficiencies etc, through blood tests and at times nerve conduction studies.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
