How Can Hypothyroidism Be Treated Without HRT?
I had a complete hysterectomy in April 2010 due to severe and chronic endomitriosis. I have had 4 surgeries previously due to the endomitriosis and it would come back more severe each time. I am not able to take HRT becasue of my endomitriosis, a history of clotting in my family & my mother breast cancer was a result of years of her HRT. I recently have noticed weight gain, swelling in joints & limbs, fatigue and other symptoms of thyroid dysfunction. I just recently had blood work done which came back in the lower range of normal for thyroid function. My question is how is that treated if I cannot take HRT

Hormone replacement therapy of the thyroid gland is not contraindicated in the pathologies you described.
It does not raise the risk for breast cancer and is not contraindicated in endometriosis.
Hormone replacement therapy that contains estrogen and progresteron are contraindicated, but levothyroxine has not to do with these problems.
So you should start treatment for hypothyroidism.
