Is An Out-of-body Experience Different From An NDE?

default
Posted on Wed, 12 Apr 2017
Question: On November 9th, I had a clog in my heart and had my heart stopped for 45 seconds during the trials to control it. I then had a stent and using the right medicine comprising heart pace reducing pills, blood liquifying pills, lipid reducing pills and hypertension control pills.
I stopped smoking , yet lately I lightly smoke from time to time.
During my heart stopping, I went through the so called NDE or OOB where I was like swimming near the ICU ceiling and seeing the doctors trying to save the "body" of a patient extended in front of them... i was not feeling any calm or peaceful during such vision, though I at that time did not know that the body that I am watching is mine.
I read some articles re such phenomenon and got to know that it was maybe my sole that was floating out of body and at a higher elevation in the room volume!!
It was never repeated ever since and I am now almost normal as far as health is concerned.
On March 16, I regret to have sipped a single sip of Hash cigarette... just a single sip... and I suddenly felt myself losing consciousness... people around me said that I turned blue. What happened over the complete 50 minutes afterwards is scaring me like hell.. I was hearing screams of people trying to awake me.. I felt the beating and slamming on my face, I sensed that I was pulled on the floor and my head hitting the walls and floors to be brought to the bath tub to flush me with water, I smelled all the perfumes they tried to spray on my face, I felt their pressure on my chest to massage the heart, I remembered all my duties towards family... while feeling all this happening, I was sure that I died and that all the dealings with my body is happening under the soil by powers out of this world, I was overly OVERLY aware that I moved to a knoweldge level that far exceeds that of alive people, All the pulling of my body and attemps of people to awake me was viewed to me as if it was happening in a dark tunnel by evil someone that I do not know...during that time I wanted to believe it was a dream, and wanted to awake, I entered deeper levels of awareness and started to merge with cells of soil and see them getting bigger and bigger... I was almost in between dilution in the nothingness or move to the life after death that religions promised.
I returned to feel my self trying to stand and feel the water on my body after complete 50 minutes and only today I asked the guy who was with me and he affirmed most of the above to have happened, yet denied pulling me on the floor... maybe embarrassed or maybe it did not happen.
Is this another NDE in a deeper level?

Brief Answer:
Probably yes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

A near death experience is always a personal experience associated with death or imminent death.

Sensations related to this experience may vary from person to person.

Scientific research only suggests that NDE is a subjective phenomenon that may be caused by disturbed or impaired bodily integration of different sensations.

So, since you refer about these two episodes of distortions of sensations and perceptions, probably both these episodes were NDE, in different manifestations.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
