Brief Answer:
You may give sinarest syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to health care magic

Most common cause of cough/cold in this age is some viral infection or some allergy.
Sinarest syrup contains paracetamol (an antipyretic and also analgesic),chlorpheniramine (an antiallergic) and phenylephrine (a decongestant).
The average weight of 20 months old child is about 11-12 kg.The dose of sinarest syrup for this age would be 5 ml three times a day.
Watch for improvement or worsening of symptoms. If you notice that there is breathing difficulty, poor feeding or excess irritability consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
