Brief Answer:
contains pseudoephedrine and triprolidine

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Rhinopront contains pseudoephedrine which is a oral decongestant that would help with your runny nose and any congestion.

It also contains triprolidine which is an antihistamine that would also help with your symptoms.

In terms of dosage, it is normally 1 tablet , 3 to 4 times daily. Do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
may want to add a topical

Detailed Answer:
HI

It can take 2 to 3 doses. You may want to consider using a topical decongestant as well.
Examples are normal saline, oxymetazoline, xylometazoline or ephedrine.

The use of rubs that help relieve congestion may also be of help

These would all be available at a local pharmacy
