Me: BP 144/75 65 yrs old 160 lbs.. take omega 3 - vitamin d3 - on Paleo diet for a year, eat organic, grass fed animals, raw when possible, married, sexually active as often as possible. Zero sugar, wheat, ice cream, etc. Never on Hypertension medications
