Is Alendronate Cause Damage To The Esophagus?
Question: About alendronate, I already have some little trouble in swallowing food in the morning, due to dryness.(I live in the high desert). Will I be OK with this drug? I read that it can cause damage to esophagus.

Thank you, but that is info that I already read on the web site about this drug. I wanted to know what the chances were that I would have adverse reaction, since I already have a dry throat ion the morning and some trouble swallowing food.
