I Am 30 Year Old Female Recently Had Abortion At
Question: I am 30 year old female recently had abortion at 17 week on 25th XXXXXXX due to multiple anomalies detected in fetus and later diagnosed with increased sugar level but before that i was not diagnosed with any PCOD and PCOS problem but now i diagnosed with that PCOD how to cure this pcod with natural home remedy as i was not having it before is it due to my abortion? can i reverse my pcod? and also some leftover tissue also seen after abortion please see the attached report and let me know how to cure and want to conceive again and also what is natural procedure to remove that tissue as i already had dnc can it removed naturally with some medicine or home remedy ,how i got pcod or pcos as i was not having before pregnancy and now i checked my amh level it is 4.46ng/ml 2 days ago

Thank you Doctor ,Could you please tell me what are the blood test and Harmon's test is required to detect PCOD or simply the ultrasound is enough to detect PCOD? As you told I needed DnC again what are the chances of it will remove using this procedure not with medicine? could you please explain me in layman's term that what are the things my ultrasound report suggested ?
