Brief Answer:
I have the special license for suboxone

Detailed Answer:
Suboxone is a narcotic. It has pain relief effects and has all the other narcotic effects of withdrawal and addiction. BUT, it has limits on the amount of narcotic effect it can give no matter how much of it you take. Furthermore it is made to block out the effects of other narcotics taken on top of it.

There are several features of this that you can't really predict ahead of time. It is used to wean people off of high doses of heroin. Mostly, a dose that will keep people from having a LOT of discomfort can be acheived. There may still be a little withdrawal starting it that lasts for a few days. Mostly there is not any.
