please stop syringing.. you need to go to ER to get it out..

Dear XXXX, Welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern..

You should stop syringing with the nurse immediately as there's fair chance with further force applied, it can get dislodged and go even deeper in to the inner ear..

To avoid any complication, you should not manipulate it at all and just go visit your nearest ER/Urgent care where they'll manually take it out under vision..

It's better not to drive on your own for the time being..

Please don't delay any more and visit your nearest ER at the earliest..
