Brief answer.....you need disciplined dietary control measures along with disciplined and regular exercises regime.
Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
With normal thyroid levels, the only way to reduce your weight is perfect diet control with regular aerobic exercises.
If you consume more calories in a day than you need, your body stores the excess as fat, which causes weight gain -- approximately 1 lb. of fat per 3,500 extra calories. To lose 1 lb. a week, you need to reduce your calorie intake by about 500 calories per day.
Routine exercise, along with a nutritious, low-calorie diet, can increase your calorie burn and keep your weight loss on track.
Things to be avoided are sugar, sugary drinks, sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, saturated and transfats etc.It is a long list.
Since you are overweight by around 25 to 30 kgs,it would be very difficult to  achieve this target of your own.
The best would be to take the help of a dietician and a physical trainer.
These professionals can help you determine realistic weight-loss goals and identify a diet and exercise routine that fits your current health status and lifestyle.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello,
Since your report has been normalised by the use of 50mcg of thyroxine, you have to continue the same 50 mcg dose.
Any reduction of dose would result in hypothyroid status again.
Thanks
