Brief Answer:
Could be due to inadequate dosage.
Detailed Answer:
HI XXXXXXX
Greeting from Dr. Divakara. P
Thanks for choosing Healthcare Magic for posting your query .
First of all I need to know what dose of Vitamin D supplement was given for you and for how long ? Because if inadequate dose has been given obviously your Vitamin D levels won't rise much .
Also in addition to Vitamin D supplements , you need to get a good exposure of bright Sunlight everyday as it is the sunlight that triggers synthesis of Vitamin D in the skin .
Kindly get back to me with details asked .
Regards.

I hate milk but have been drinking it in cereal. I feel its not getting into my bones pain and mobilty is very hard but I do it anyway hard to even type this that is why Im not puncutuating and fixing errors I am sorry for that. After exercise of any sort i am even more pained tired and crabby I am having a difficult time maintaining my life duties when I go without painmeds I can't move. My goal is to fix whatever is wrong get off medication and resume a normal life, and I feel my doctors have failed me so my situation is worse because its been getting worse for years.

Hi
Your Vitamin D dose given to you is very low. In my practice i give 60 thousand units weekly once for 2 months . I advise you to ask your doctor to give you this dose and lets see the difference it makes.
Also increase your exposure to sunlight. Preferable time is between 9a.m and 4 p.m .
Also let me know what pain medications you are on .
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Try physiotherapy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Your pain medicines are fine but I would like to recommend Tab Pregabalin everynight. Kindly ask your doctor for prescription.
Also try getting physiotherapy or consult a chiropractor once and see if it makes any difference.
If possible kindly upload your MRI report so that i shall go through it and see if anything can be done.

I have tried all of the above lyrica, doesn't work allergic to gabapentin, cybalta helps a little but I stopped using it cause I wasn't sure whether I was just feeling better or not. Been for all kinds of therapy works for a little while but then it quits as my condition keeps getting worse
Brief Answer:
How long you have used Lyrica
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I need to know for how many days and in what dose you have used Lyrica. Because it is a very slow acting drug which shows its effects only after few weeks of continued usage.
Apart from that there are not much other alternative . Just by correcting your vitamin D may improve your pain to some extent.
