Brief Answer:
Stress and lifestyle factors could be a cause

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Let me assure you that the normal range of testosterone in males ranges between 270 to 1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. So, technically both the mentioned levels are within the normal range and therefore despite the drop in level perhaps there is nothing to be concerned about. Nevertheless, the sudden loss of libido (sexual drive) should not be ignored completely.

It could be due to number of causes. Stress and anxiety are the commonest causes and reducing them is the first thing to be done. Prescription medicines, too little or too much exercise, and alcohol and drug use are other causes to consider. Psychological issues can include depression, stress, and problems in your relationship. Basic things are being physically fit, non stressed, not overweight, low alcohol, not smoking, stable sexual partner.

Feel free to write back.

Thanks doctor. I suspect If there are any physiological/physical issues occurring suddenly inside body. What can be the physiological issues that can hamper testosterone activity. Because I feel that I don't have stress or any depression as such. Also I do light exercise daily. So I don't see much of a psychological issues.
Also can it be regained back to that previous value?

Brief Answer:
Indulge in prolonged foreplay and arousal

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In case you do not have a psychological issue, I would insist you to deepen your involvement with your partner. Go for prolonged foreplay. If you get psychologically aroused, I do not suppose that your physiology will act in the reverse direction. I assume that you need not be bothered about the previous value of test results. If arousal is adequate, your testosterone levels would surely rise.

Brief Answer:
Just do not bother

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

If you do not have a partner, you need not be bothered about your libido as it cannot express itself completely just through handjob. Unless you face specific issues while indulging with a partner, you need not be bothered about testosterone levels. So, you need not go for any tests as well.
