Brief Answer:
Nothing seriously alarming.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I hope the test were done as part of routine health check and you do not have any known symptoms. If you have any please specify in the follow up.

As per your reports, there are no alarming features. However few notable abnormalities found are as follows:

1. Lipid parameters are deranged. HDL is low, LDL as well as Triglycerides are marginally elevated. It can be controlled by diet and life style changes. Medications can be started if necessary. Make sure you keep weight under control.

2. Vitamin D and B12 levels are low. It can be corrected with supplements. I would start you on D rise 60000 IU sachets once a week for 6 weeks. Followed by 1000 IU tablets once a day for 3 months. In addition, vitamin b12 supplements like cap meganeurone can be started. Your local doctor will know about these.

3. Liver enzymes are marginally elevated. But they are not concerning. Make sure you avoid unnecessary medications. Avoid alcohol if you have been drinking.

4. Complete blood count revealed elevated eosinophil cells. This can be an indicator that you have been suffering from allergic symptoms. If you don't have allergy symptoms, discuss with your treating doctor.

The rest of test results are essentially normal.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
