Brief Answer:
No exposure nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in.
I have gone through history narrated by you.
Actual penetration and fluid exchange is needed for HIV transmission. As nothing that can be labelled as exposure has happened in your case there is NO risk of hiv in your case.

Also your HIV tridot after 60 days is negative. Though negative tri dot after 90 days is more confirmatory, I don't feel you risk of HIV.

Cough and sore throat can be due to other causes unrelated to HIV.
So I would like to reassure you that based on your history there is little or no chance of HIV transmission in your case.

Hope this helps.
I will be available for further clarification.

Brief Answer:
No insertion no fluid exchange no risk

Detailed Answer:
Hi again ,
There is a chance of HIV infection when you have actual penetration of penis in vagina and there is exchange of fluids like semen and vaginal fluids.
Also there is a risk if you have oral sex with a female known to have HIV infection. Risk with vaginal penetrative sex is more than oral sex.
Unprotected sexual intercourse has high risk of HIV transmission but since you have only touched her vagina with your penis risk is little or no risk.
Complete erection of penis and penetration into vagina is essential and mere rubbing penis from outside of vagina is not sufficient.

When I mean little or no risk I mean it in your case where you have not inserted your penis in vagina.
Hope you understand the meaning.
If you want further confirmation you should undergo DNA PCR test for HIV .
Hope this helps.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Non reactive =No HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Your report is non reactive meaning you are not infected by HIV.
The ELISA is antibody based test.Antibodies are prepared by our body to fight against infection. When a person is affected by HIV ,our body produces antibodies against it.Theses antibodies are detected by ELISA test. When the level is above 0.600 it is suggestive of HIV infection. As in your case it is 0.011 which is not significant and test is negative. This clearly indicates that you dont have HIV and there is nothing to be worried about.

Hope this helps.
