Brief Answer:
as explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback.
BMI of 33-34 is definitely an obesity and you need an active treatment, out of which you are already using cardio and physical activity.
You have not mentioned anything about diet part.
Also not ed that you are taking Fluconazole and steroid for eczema at the right leg near heal. Corticosteroid in large dosages and/or for longer duration has adverse effect and may increase the obesity.

Let us talk about the Cryo-lipo:
This is a process wherein low temperature to the tune of 4° Celsius to the skin where the skin remains viable but it causes cell death of subcutaneous fat tissue without apparent damage to the overlying skin.
This is being studies and the exposure time is adjusted in such way that the skin is not damaged.
This is also called as non-invasive/ non-surgical approach.
I am worries that your BMI comes under the category of Obesity and that the fat all over the body has got to be treated. This is not possible by cryo-lipo as it works over a limited area. The field is not a fully explored and hence not very well studied.

I would advise you the following:
Continue the cardio and other exercises under an expert in the field.
Reduce your intake of foods and beverages; under the care of a Dietitian.
Consult the Team at a center taking and tackling obesity and Bariatric surgery as the will have the best exposure to the area and advise you accordingly.

I hope this answer helps you to an extent, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
