Brief Answer:
Needs clotting profile and blood picture

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to HealthcareMagic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated by clotting profile and complete blood picture for platelets and hemoglobin counts and to look for any cause of blood seeping out of vessels. The blood workup may also include ESR and CRP alongwith basic vasculitis profile with ANA.

Also a careful local examination may be needed by your primary physician to rule out any signs of insensible history of trauma or local inflammation. If needed Xrays of the affected finger and ultrasound doppler for arterial circulation may be needed.

If these all are normal it may resolve spontaneously or cold compresses may help to settle the bruise slowly with in few days. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
