Brief Answer:
Anti inflammatory tablets

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

From the complaints,it seems that there may be subcutaneous inflammation in the coccyx region. This may be causing pain and discomfort while sitting for long time or while using washroom.

She can take anti-inflammatory tablets like ibuprofen, paracetamol or tramadol for 3 days.It should be taken twice a day after meals 2 hours after taking antacids.

Avoid applying heat in the affected region or sitting on hard surfaces for long periods of time as it may aggravate the problems.
Instead, application of ice packs will help.

If the swelling and pain does not reduce after 3 days of taking these medicines, you should consult a doctor.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
