Brief Answer:
Cancer sore remedies as following....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history and the photo you provided carefully and can say as following:

The sore I saw in the photo was really a cancer sore, it could be due to:
- viral infection
- biting on that site
- drinking too hot/spicy fluids/foods

It will be ok in a few days. I usually recommend my patients to keep a good oral hygiene.

Rinsing with baking soda (1 teaspoon) mixed in a half a cup warm water can help speeding healing process up.

A mixture of honey with baking soda by applying as paste locally can also help.

Take ibuprofen or paracetamol in case of pain.

Avoid hot/spicy/chilly foods/fluids.

Wish fast recovery!

Sorry for the typo error, it was canker sore and not cancer sore of course.

It's not serious, it's a common condition. Do not worry.
