please find the reports below. my questions:

1. is my fsh considered low since its in the boderline? also can this be false?
2. My endo said no need to worry about tumor. is it true?
3. the reason i went for these blood tests is when i was about to have sex with my wife, after applying lube (which was cold due to weather), my penis went flaccid. i got scared and went to my GP. He ordered testosterone test which cane back low and he sent me to endo. My endo did all the additonal test as attached. seeing my fsh being a little low, he sent me to MRI. After seeing MRI, he said its normal since its only 1-2 mm it will not cause low fsh. he asked me to relax, loose some weight, stay away from supplements and redo the test in 6 weeks.

what is your opinion??

Brief Answer:
About low testosterone:

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
Testosterone level is too low for your age.
Of course a detailed clinical examination and history is neccessary but regarding to lab.exams, they suggest for an hypotalamic or pituitary pathology.
The infracentimetric adenoma found can not be the cause ( it should be over 10 mm).
I do agree with your physician, to repeat the blood tests once again and if it persists further exams ( stimulation rests, genetic tests ect) may be required.
Meanwhile, do not get worried, the chances for the presence of any pathology are low as MRI did not reveal any serious problem.
Wish you good health.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta

My doctor told me since my free testosterone is normal, i font have to worry about anything. He said sometimes being overweight can cause body to generate less SHBG and thats the reason for low total testosterone. But overall my body is producing enough testosterone. Is that right? What about my fsh level? Why is it low??

Brief Answer:
About low testosterone!

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,

As I mentioned before, the clinical examination and history is very important to interpret the results.

Low testosterone combined with low FSH is a finding suggesting for pituitary or hypothalamic pathology.

If FSH will get back to normal ranges then we can say the low testosterone can be due to obesity.
So, I would not jump into conclusions with these results.

Be patient, please!

Brief Answer:
About Low FSH;

Detailed Answer:
Yes, it may be due to a " bad day".
Strenous exercise or acute alcohol consumption can cause low FSH.
Regarding to smoking, 1 year is enough to bring back to to normal hormone disregulation and there are not yet sufficient data about Juul effect in FSH.

Brief Answer:
About physical activity and FSH;

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Strenous exercise ( for 12 weeks or mire) with rapid weight loss is a knwon factor of decreased FSH and testosterone. The mechanism is not well known.
I would suggest not to continue with this intensity.
The hormone levels get back to normal after getting back to normal routine.
You need to inform your physician about this.

Dr.Mirjeta

Brief Answer:
About loss weight;

Detailed Answer:
I think it will be due to rapid weight loss, as the symptoms appeared lately.
Try not te continue this drastic calorie intake for 6 weeks and recheck the hormones again.
