But i ak worried with lvef of 30% should be go and do contrast ct scan i read on the internet it affests the heart and blood vessels and may make the dysfunction more

Brief Answer:
He can go for contrast CT.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing "Ask A Doctor" service for your query, XXXXXXX used in contrast is excreted by kidney so if kidney functions are normal no need to woŕry.Lvef has as such has no direct role and 30% Lvef is not that bad.
As per his symptoms are concerned they are due to acid peptic disorder.Proper medications should be taken. This defect affects the lower oesophageal sphincters or the muscle ring present between the stomach and the food pipe which incorporates the return of the contents of the stomach back to the oesophagus. .Heartburn, also known as acid indigestion, is the primary symptom of GERD. The affected person may feel a burning in the throat. The feeling can be defined as throat with a bitter, acidic taste. The burning sensation may last as long as two hours.

Test suggested-
An oesophageal impedance test to measure substance movement inside the oesophagus.

I would suggest you not to worry too much.
Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 80 mg twice daily along with a prokinetic drug (eg.Domperidone).Antacid like Mucaine gell can be taken for few days along with it.Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms.
