Hi Chief! I Hope You Are Doing Good! Two Things.
Two things. I have been to my cardiologist, and he took an ecg, and a ultrasound. He stated that I do have , as you know, these extrasystoles and other problems like sudden oinset of high rate. This we never cought, but I have this device called Kardia. He was VERY pleased with that, and said he was able to use that as a diagnostic tool. So a tip for you if some other patients of yours dont have any luck catching episodes.
So: I have a question.
I am constant lightheaded , and have been for about a month now. I am struggling to figure out if its heartrelated/rythm or just heartfailure, that the heart cant cope to work good enough? I have bloodpressure of 107/69 at the cardiologist - but I always have low bloodpressure.
If its NOT related to heart - can it be because of sinusitis? I do get pressure in face, like over the bridge of nose, and stuff, and sometimes headaches from neck to front of forhead in a "stripe".
Things like sitting on a officechair, and spinning it SLOWLY for ONE round with eyes closed is TERRIBLE for me, same if I spin just standing up, the lightheadedness gets much worse- very dizzy!
Its like a fog in my head, a low pressure almost. And more or less constant.
Would the checkup at cardiologist show if any of my known (you also have seen the heart problems of mine) heartrelated stuff could cause this? (block etc)
Or could this be related to my sinusitis (I have taken MRI of that before, and have chronic inflamation of sinuses), I do also have some post nasal drip and cloogged nose feeling this period of time. Even driving a bit fast through sharp corners wil make me more lightheaded.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Kaj,
Welcome back on Ask a Doctor service!
I am glad that Kardia is helping you so much to catch those episodes.
Regarding your feeling of lightheadedness, I would explain that it could be related to low blood pressure values.
I don't think that it is related to cardiac arrhythmia or heart failure, because in such case, it would have been detected on your previous cardiac tests.
You should know that low blood pressure can lead to low blood perfusion to the brain, which can cause lightheadedness and dizziness.
Coming to this point, I would recommend taking plenty of fluids an increasing salt intake, which can help increase blood pressure values too.
Regarding the headaches and the 'stripe' feeling on your forehead, in my opinion it could be related to psychological stress (tension type headache). Of course the sinus congestion could have some implications on these symptoms too. For this reason, I would recommend performing a sinus X ray study, just to exclude a possible sinus infection. In such case you may need to take antibiotics or nasal drops.
The increased sweating could also be related to psychological stress. I would also recommend checking your thyroid hormone levels (increased sweating could be a sign of thyroid gland dysfunction).
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!
Wishing good health,

I understand that low bloodpressure will cause such things but i always have low pressure, and this lightheadness is not always. Just a month or so
So you dont think it can be a warningsign for pending heartatack, or blocked signals og something?
I feel pressure om head and face but also feel it's related to cjest/heart.
The sweat under arms i have though might be because maybe adrenal trouble? Seeing i have low bloodpressure too. This is all periodical.

Dear Kaj,
Yes, I don't think that your symptoms are a warning sign of any heart attack of coronary artery disease.
In my opinion, your symptoms could be related to a tensed neurological system (probably due to psycholological stress) coupled with low blood pressure values.
A wrong posture or an inner ear disorder can also contribute in all this clinical scenario.
Anyway, I would first recommend performing a cervical spine X ray study, a Doppler Ultrasound of the carotid arteries to examine the blood flow in them.
I don't think that increased sweating is related to the adrenal gland dysfunction. It could be related to a sensitive nervous system during a stressful situation.
Thyroid gland function should be checked too.
Hope to have been helpful!
