From last three months i m doing cardiovascular exercises like cycling , running , suryanamaskar etc etc to good extent .
I was eating healthy in the morning and light food in the night but i did skip my meals in afternoon often due to office work and all.

SYMTOMS :

From last week ....i started feeling very lethargic , fatigued , tired and not able to concentrate on work.
Secondly .....i feel hungry and low on energy even after having my food . I eat and still feel that i dont get energy and feel empty in stomach.
Thirdly ....i feel anxiety with uneven heartbeats at mild level sometimes.
Rest all ohk....no fever ,or cold , no any other symtoms

I went for all body blood test which i m sending you my report .

Some abnormalities were there .....I please request you to go through it and help me .

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going to the medical details provided by you and all the reports attached by you I would like to tell you that in your reports I have noticed that your lipid profile is slightly deranged which can very well be corrected by lifestyle modifications which you are already doing, there is no need for any medication for this.

Another important thank which I have noticed in your report is the deficient vitamin b12 and vitamin d levels. The deficiency of these vital vitamins are the most likely cause of your fatigue and lack of energy.

Also vitamin D is very important for calcium absorption and to keep your body skeleton strong. I would like to suggest you to kindly consult your primary doctor and get a written prescription of supplements for vitamin b12 and vitamin d.

And you should stop skipping the meal in afternoon as that's a very important time to fuel your body and keep your energy levels up for the evening workout.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Yes the TSH levels are slightly on the higher side for which nothing needs to be done for now, just repeat it after 3 months.

Don't worry for the lipid profile as it just slightly derranged and is not at all a matter of concern for young individuals following healthy routine and they will become normal in couple of months.

No there is no other obvious reason.

Kind Regards
