Brief Answer:
Elaborate the site and type of pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Pain in the abdomen can happen due to multiple causes. It can be intestinal colic, renal colic, ovarian pain, pain due to calculi in gall bladder or kidneys, intestinal or renal infections, pelvic inflammation, etc. Direct examination is needed to see the site of pain, tenderness, type of pain- colicky or dull aching, any associated fever, burning micturition, constipation or diarrhea, vomiting, etc.

You need to elaborate the site and type of pain. As the pain has become intense it is best to consult your physician and get an ultrasound scan done to find out the exact cause of pain for proper treatment.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Details below .

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The pain in lower abdomen on right side with a back pain can be due to constipation or urinary calculus. These can be ruled out after an ultrasound scan.
The pain can be related to a pinched nerve or disc problem in the back. Hot compress and local analgesic gel with mild pain killer like ibuprofen can help.
Do consult your physician in case the pain persists
Hope this answer is helpful.
Regards.
