Yes. I had retrocele surgery 8 weeks ago. I was very active physically (running, aerobics, kickboxing, boxing). Can I resume exercising now and what do I have to avoid?

Welcome to healthcareMagic!
the best judge is your surgeon because is is he who knows how much tissue handling was done and what was the extent of the problem.
As general advice 6 weeks are usually sufficient for healing of a simple surgical wound. Initially activity should start with a brisk walking and jogging for about further 2-3 weeks. Then you can resume your routine, beware to avoid any direct hit at surgical site till next 5-6 months.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
