Question: i am a 5Oyr old female i had a kidney removed at 9mths a recent eGFR was 66 should i be concerned
am obese but do not have diabetes or high blood pressure i have high cholesterol

I can understand your concern.
You have mildly reduced kidney function.But if the risk is less if you do not have any abnormal urinary test or genetic predisposion to kidney disease.
The treatment would be observation, control of blood pressure and risk factors.
Control your lipid profile.Maintain a healthy life.
Do consult your nephrologist and take his opinion if you have any problems.

In that case anti gout medications and diet management for gout is needed.
Magnesium supplemention is required.
