Does Using Shampoo Containing Cloritrzamole Cause Complications During Pregnancy?

my wife is 7 weeks pregnant and she used candid tv(cloritrzamole and selenium sulfide ) shampoo today for her dandruff and realized that it may be a mistake. she is paranoid now . Drug information suggest no studies have been conducted in animals or humans. she used only once and washed her hair and body with water thoroughly. is there any risk ?

my wife has been having constipation. before conception she was using Pegmove or lacti fiber even before that . both are doctor prescribed before pregnancy. is there any pregnancy safe dietary supplements or stool softenner you can recommend ?

But regular use is better avoided as it can cause side effects like abdominal discomfort, electrolyte imbalance etc.
