Question: Hi I recently purchased a supplement to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth the supplement contains the following biotin 600mcg , copper 3mg, zinc 15mg, DL-methionine 500mg, saw palmetto 360mg, msm 200mg, l-cysteine200mg, grape seed extract 200mg, horsetail 100mg, pygeum bark 75mg, beta sitosterol 75mg, stinging nettle root 50mg, green tea leaf 50mg, dindolylmethane 50mg, gamma linoleic acid 50mg please advise if these are safe to take thank you

Hi, I am taking it for generalized hair growth/loss prevention. The pill is called Ultra FX10 and is distributed by Naturalis Labs and the recommended dosage 1 serving is 4 pills per day.
