Does Speed Of Ejaculation Cause Low Sperm Count?

I'm 30yrs male
Pls i want to know if fast ejaculation can affect my sperm not to produce because my sperm have not been able to produce for yrs

I saw the semen analysis report. It's very low at 6.8 millions per ml.This could be the reason why you are facing infertility problem.

You need to undergo ICSI ( intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) procedure to get pregnancy. Thus is in an advanced form of IVF.

So it means my wife egg and my sperm have to join together in liboratory before i can have baby or the injection work? Please how many % assurance is the work of the injection if i have to go for that and what country can you recommend me to go for that because i wont mind to fly out for the treatment, a dead man is who dont have a child in his life, please advise
