Question: I took I pill on the 1st and unwanted 72 again on 16 om 20th I bleeded 4 5 drops of blood and I have a very bad backache on the right hand side I get my regular period on 23rd of this month is eveything normal to bleed and to have such back aches ?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
All this is due to upcoming periods which might get delayed due to ipill intake and the spotting you had so nothing to worry and just wait for your periods now.
If the pain is severe take paracetamol tablet for the time being.
And in future avoid such a frequent use of ipill which is an emergency contraceptive measure and not a routine drug.
It has high dose progesterone which can severely derange ovulation and periods for 2-3 months even.
