Does Grape Juice Interact With Valsartan, Amlodipine And Pravastatin?

Question: I am taking valsartan 320 mg,amlodipine besylate 5 mg, clopifogrel 75 mg, pravastatin sodium 10 mg, and as needed, alprazolam0.5 mg (I may take 1/2 every 12 hrs, not daily. I want to know if I should avoidd grapefruit or gapefruit juice with any of these medications

Grapejuice should not be used with either the alprazolam and the clopidogrel.

It can increase the level or effect of the alprazolam by decreasing breakdown in the liver.
It does the opposite with the clopidogrel, it decreases the level or effect of the clopidogrel by increasing its breakdown.
