Question: Alright so I'm 20 years old, and I used to masturbate alot and one month ago I stopped. Whenever I urinate right after I notice seamen leakage. It also interferes with my sexual life. Im just not in the mood and it's hard to get a boner and when I do its not that hard.I also feel low stomach pain sometimes and my left ball hurts too and my lower back sometimes. It bothers me and I feel useless and I want to resolve this issue. Is there any way to make it stop? Am I done for?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First , are you still masturbating?
If yes, stop the practice.
What usually happens is that one gets habituated to it.
Therefore, in normal sexual practice, you don't feel UP to it.
Consider it like food. If you prepare and eat at home there is a certain amount of work that you put into it. this whips up the appetite and therefore you enjoy the food with less spices compared to hotel food .

Second get a urine routine and ultrasound scrotum.
It's possible that what you feel is sperm may actually be infection causing frothing and pain. Test these 2 tests. in urine routine if sperm is negative than obviously there is no problem. If there is a infection, urine culture will be done and antibiotics initiated according to the reports.

As for backache, it's usually a sign of excess masturbating.
The posture one assumes during masturbating causes muscle stiffNess leading to backache.
I think if you cease the practice it will resolve.
You can try physiotherapy in the meantime.
However, backache that compress the nerves may also lead to impotence. However, it is usually associated with constipation, urine incontinence and pain in legs also. Therefore, I don't think you have the problem. I suggest that you wait and if the backache doesn't resolve in a few days of physiotherapy, consider getting MRI LS SPINE tested.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
