Brief Answer:
Very low risk.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking your query dear,
I am a gastroenterologist and would be answering your query.

Hepatitis B infection appears to be the cause of 50% to 60% of HCC worldwide.HCC is a late complication of chronic hepatitis B infection that usually occurs at the fourth and fifth decade of life especially when the patients are older or liver cirrhosis has developed. The risk factor for the high incidence of HCC in this area is hepatitis B infection where the attributable risk from this viral infection ranged from 40% to 90% in some regions.

Reliable data results in 1986 with approximately 202,000 man-years of follow-up at an average of 8.9 years per man showed a further 161 cases of HCC. One hundred and fifty two cases were HBsAg-positive compared with 5.3 among the non-HBsAg carriers(positive Hbe). The relative risk of HCC among HBsAg-carriers compared to non-HBsAg carriers for this data was 98.4.

So take my words you are at vwery low risk of cancer in futureafter3-4 decades).
Rember rare things do occur but they occur rarely.

Take my words nothing will happen to you.
Refrain from taking alcohol.

Hi,
I would like to give this answer as a friend rather then your doctor.
I had been a patient of Menieres disease for 15 years have tried all the allopathic medicines but just like Hepatitis B it has no cure(even control of symptoms was very poor) so though i personally have no faith in Homeopathic medicine i gave it a final try on one of my visits to New XXXXXXX capital of XXXXXXX i met a Dr who has been practising Homeopathy(really succesful). I discussed my problem with him and he said he ned 6 months. I thought that it was a bluff yet i decided to give it a try. I don't know how but it has been two years and on a scale of 10 i am on 9 right now.
So yes traditional therapy can help you but you have to get a good doctor initially as a number of scammers are there.
You can try Homeopathy(under a well renoud homeopathic doctor).

For any other help i can provide to you feel free to ask.

Regards.
