Brief Answer:
ulcers are rare in chlamydia

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Chlamydia can sometimes be associated with no symptoms at all, this actually happens is up to 80% of persons.

If symptoms do occur, the most common are: yellow discharge, pain on urination, abnormal vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, fever.
All may not occur.

Chlamydia can affect the mouth, but this is very very rare. According to one medical article, it can rarely cause small painless ulcers.
The name can be given if you wish.

Oral ulcers can also be an indicator of herpes infection or may not be related to sexual activity at all.
Can also occur with trauma, oral thrush, poor oral hygiene, deficiency in iron/folic acid or vitamin b12, inflammatory bowel disease (crohns or ulcerative colitis), some autoimmune disease eg lupus , syphilis.

Should consider being screened for all of the STI- chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, HIV, hepatitis (can be transmitted sexually), syphilis

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
