Does Vertin Help Cure Vertigo And Chronic Ankylosing Spondylitis?

Question: I am having light vertigo dizziness while morning walk . I have a chronic ankylosing spondylitis
I am taking BP tablets regularly together with microaspirin
I am not a sugar patient. My age 73
Should I take tablets like vertin ( betahystine)

Vertigo in hypertensive patients may be due to abrupt changes in blood pressure. You should get your blood pressure checked with morning and evening readings for consecutive 3 days and send me records.
Take vertin 8 mg three times a day.

Is the vertigo due to stiffness of neck

Hi
you should take a muscle relaxant like a combination of diclofenac and thiocholchiside twice daily alongwith vertin 8 mg. Avoid any neck exrecises. Best is to use a collar for few days and rest the neck.
You should keep a ckeck on the blood pressure as the symptoms are more in morning means it can be some effect of medication also which needs to be managed.
