Brief Answer:
3D ultrasound required

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Regesterone is basically a progesterone so helps in continuation of pregnancy but also it has certain androgenic effects so in case you are carrying a female fetus it can cause some male like features in the baby but not always.
So to decide for that you should ideally get a 3D ultrasound done to see for the normal formation of the baby.
Most probably everything will be fine because it was very early pregnancy when you took the tablets so just keep your fingers crossed.
Take care. In case you have other questions you can contact me on health care magic.

Brief Answer:
3D ultrasound at 18-20 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome back.
3D ultrasound is done around 18-20 weeks of gestation. It delineates all the gross features and the proper formation of all the organs and images are given to the patient also so it is very gratifying to see the baby in 3D manner.
Male features are slight penile like transformation of clittoris and a little hoarseness of voice after birth.
Wish you the best of everything.
