Thanks for contacting the Ayurveda section of [A]YUSH and after reviewing your query, I'm of the following opinion:

1. As Ojaz capsules [Jiva] itself contains makardhwaja as an ingredient thus I don't think there is need of taking the same separately since the capsule contains rejuvenating and immunomodulatory properties that improve mental stress and circulate physical vigor.

Dose: 1 capsule daily [after breakfast] with milk.

1. The dosage of sidha makardhwaja is: 125-250 mg [1 tablet twice a day] after meals with milk.

PS. overdosage may cause side effects like tremors, dizziness.

2. Makardhwaja: 125 mg [1 tablet twice a day] with milk, betel leaf or honey.

i. Maxmum human dose is 250 mg/day [5 mg/kg ]
