Brief Answer:
you should...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

pradaxa and aspirin are already a risky combination as they block both the platelets' and coagulation system's functions. Ibuprofen and aspirin increase the risk for gastrointestinal bleeding particularly when used together. Using the 3 drugs together greatly increases the risk and is strongly discouraged. If you'd like to use something for the pain (joint pain?) then a combination of paracetamol (acetaminophen) with a mild opioid might be a better option for you.

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!

Thank you for your advice. Acetaminophen doesn't help. Will contact my primary care physician for a mild opiod

Brief Answer:
the combination would be much better

Detailed Answer:
You're welcome!

Let me add that acetaminophen (although not very efficient on its own) may provide additional benefit when combined with other pain medications (like ibuprofen or opioids). There are combinations of acetaminophen with opioids, so you can take a single pill containing both substances. In any case you can take opioids only with medical prescription...

Kind Regards!
