ECLIA and ELISA are essentially the same tests. They are synonymous.

Yes, HIV test under ECLIA provides the same results as ELISA. There is no need to undergo another ELISA test for the same.

If your ECLIA test is negative after about 3 months of a risky exposure, then it is conclusive.

There is no need to repeat the test.
