Brief Answer:
there are interactions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

using naproxen with duloxetine is not recommended because duloxetine may potentiate the ulcerogenic effects of naproxen and cause peptic ulcer and bleeding. If you need a stronger analgesic then you can continue using naproxen and add paracetamol (acetminophen) and/or a mild opioid (low dose opioid).

I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!
