Brief Answer:
If more then one year without new warts, then most probably you are cured.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health question.

I understand very well your concern.

The returning of the warts would depend on the size of your previous lesions, the method that was used to sure them, and the follow-up.

Bigger lesions have more possibility of returning. The vaccine have shown to reduce the possibility of returning, but it doesn't protect the same as if you would have done it before starting sexual activity. Also, the vaccine will protect from getting the other types of the virus that causes cancer of the cervix. So, its a good choice that you have done the vaccine.

If you have more then one year free of new lesions, then you have been cured, do not need to worry about it.
If you have less then one year, you would need to keep an eye, or do regular follow-up to your doctor, because depending on the size of the warts you have had, your doctor may need to prescribe follow-up medicines and labs.

Hope this is helpful.
