no known problems

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The molasses is reported to help with the minerals calcium, potassium and magnesium. It is also a good source of iron.

Cod liver oil is also beneficial.

Garlic capsules and apple cider w/mother may also be helpful.

None are traditional meds, so they do not require strict testing to determine the appropriate dose and side effects.
The dose you are currently using would be okay once they are within the manufacturer recommended dose.

Carlsen is 1 tsp.
Blackstrap is 2 tbs
Apple cider is most commonly 1 tbs so the 2 to 4 oz may be a bit over.
Garlic capsules- the dose may vary according to the brand used but these not likely to cause any significant problems

If you are using any other medications then you can check for interactions.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
