Question: Is body building supplement having side effects ???
If no then please suggest on of the best supplement. As my height
Is 5:6 and my weight is only 49 kg

Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. I see you are trying to put on some weight and muscle in a healthy manner. Your best way of managing this is through a High Protein diet, (with your choice in carbs and fat, just not too much) and cardio exercise. If you do these two things.. you will gain weight. Body building supplements have the same high protein etc... but they also add chemicals to boost metabolism that have not been studied long term yet and may damage your liver.

All in all I would say that if you want to gain weight and build up... your best bet is diet and exercise.
