Do Eritel, Met-XL, Ecosprin And Valparin Chrono Have Any Side Effects?

Question: 1).I m 52 yrs old male, taking Tab Eritel H-40mg, Met XL 25mg in the morning and Cap. Ecosprin AV 75mg at Bed time to control and Maintain my Blood Pressure.

2). I m also taking Valparin Chrono 300mg Morning and Evening daily as per neurologist advise.

Plz let me know the side effects of these medicines, Is there any alternative to avoid these medicine by way of effective work out/morning walk by way of Routine Life ? Plz advise.
