Thanks for your query.

The best and effective home remedy fr throat pain is gargling XXXXXXX warm salt water solution. This may have to be done three times a day soon after every meal.

Also biting clove after every meal keeps the infections at check.

Paste of tulsi leaves along with a spoon of honey is a very good antibiotic against such throat infections.
