Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Good day.
Could you please explain a bit more about the complaint? How is the urine volume? What do you mean by inability to urinete? IS it that no much urine is coming out ? Or is it painful when you pee ?

Noted that you have Type 2 DM and yo are on Victoza and Glimeperide. As you are on Victoza, i presume you are overweight. Are you not on Metformin ?

Candida ( yeast) infection is common in uncontrolled diabetes. Yeast infection is serious if you dont treat it well. Occasionally, It can affect your bladder and can go up to te kidney. THere can be difficulty initiating urination and often it is painful. There can also be cloudy urine. You may need anti fungal vaginal tabs or oral tablets to get rid of this infection. MAintain peoper hygeine and keep the area dry. Diabetes control should also be optimised to reduce the chances of urine infection with yeast

Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thank you for the reply.
Yeast infection usually is symptomatic with pain and burning sensation when you pee.
I agree that your problem during that occasion of not able to produce a sample of urine could be just due to a shy bladder. If you are able to urinate with out any issues now, please dont worry

hi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Good day.
Good to know that you are able to urinate with out any issues now.

Yeast infection is not a valid medical reason for not able to pee. ( however, if you want to argue, you could say that yeast infection cause pain and when you attempt to pee, pain stops you from urinating).

It is natural for your MRO to suspect ( when you were not able to produce urine for a drug test !!).

You could say that yeast infection caused pain and due to the pain you couldnt pee.
