Brief Answer:
Can cause mild hepatic damage

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
Welcome to HCM and thanks for the query
I understand your concern

Ziprasidone, Olanzapine, and Clomramine can harm the liver on long time use.
But liver damage will not occur in all cases.
Chance of liver damage is high if you have already any liver disease.
All these drugs can cause mild to moderate elevation of liver enzymes, mild hepatitis.
All these side effects are usually mild, asymptomatic and transient, reversing even with continuation of medication.
Severe side effects are rare and if occurs it will rapidly disappear after discontinuation of the drugs.
You should repeat the liver profile every 6-8 months.
So do not worry and take drugs under the advise of your psychiatric.

Hope I have answered your query
If you have further query then I will be happy to help you
