Brief Answer: Listeriosis is a possibility.Rarewith CD4count 200 Detailed Answer: Hi, Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting your query. Cooked shrimps will not be a usually causing any problem. Moreover CD4 200 is not that bad to be susceptible for rare opportunistic infection when compared to an individual whose CD4 count is lesser than 100-50. Listeriosis is a bacterial disease can cause food poisoning and may lead to affect central nervous system in immuno-compromised individuals. It can be tackled easily with appropriate antibiotics. Nothing to worry. Dr S.Murugan
