Can I Go For Tooth Extraction Inspite Of Using Antibiotics?

Question: need extraction of # 14 Tooth,after 7 days of 500 mg. antibiotic treatment, tooth lost crown, some filling missing,tooth has 3 root canals, sinus infection is apperently gone. I would like a inplant possibly, its the last tooth in upper left.
